Traditional wood burning oven for exterior custom installation. Thick refractory walls easily assembled to
room a large capacity oven finished with an attractive precast concrete from, where a hinged cast iron door complete with temperature gauge, ceramic glass look-in and combustion air valves is mounted on. This oven features a smoke chamber where a easy to operate flue damper is installed. Available in three interior dimensions by adding optional extension sections (see the chart). An optional heavy gauge steel adapter is also available for connection to a 10" steel chimney pipe if preferred over a masonry flue. |
